    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • An exposed electrical box was noted higher on the front wall - manager indicated that maintenance was scheduled to repair this within the next week.The electrical outlet cover at the door was broken and requires replacement.The electrical panel by the door requires a lock to prevent child access.The built in cabinetry requires cleaning.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Some gaps in caulking noted around the backsplash of the middle 2-compartment sinks. Repair/replace caulking.

    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • The exposed laundry vent access point was near the ground in an easily accessible location to children and had sharp metal edges. Remove the vent and/or install an access cover with a child lock to prevent access.The laundry electrical plug (high voltage) was uncovered and in a child accessible location. Remove the outlet and/or install an access cover with a child safe closure to prevent access.The laundry water hook ups were also exposed and should be removed or covered with an access panel.

      • Some gaps in caulking noted around the backsplash of the middle and first 2-compartment sinks. Repair/replace caulking.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The far right 2-compartment sink (next to old laundry area) did not have any water supply. Repair plumbing to restore water to the sink.
