- Operator was noted wearing and changing gloves without washing hands as well as was not changing gloves with changing tasks. Operator was educated during inspection about proper use of gloves. AHS resource for glove use will be provided with report.

- Inadequate manual dishwashing procedure was noted being followed in the facility. Operator was noted being skipped the sanitizing step and placed dishes after washing with soap for air drying. Operator, supervisor and director were advised to follow proper 2-compartment dish washing procedures to do the dishes. Operator corrected during inspection. AHS Poster for 2 compartments sink method was posted by the sink.

- The 3-compartment sink method was used and displayed when facility has a 2-compartment sink and beside it a single basin sink. It was discussed with operators to use the 2-compartment sink method should be used for washing and sanitizing dishes and the single basin sink only for hand hygiene. The 2- compartment sink method were emailed. Ensure that the appropriate dishwashing procedures are followed.
