      • The bleach spray bottle was near empty(morning inspection) in the large washroom with floor diapering. Staff filled with fresh solution.* Filling up bleach spray bottles with fresh solution needs to be part of opening routine.

      • The diaper change pad in the preschool room was resting against the fridge door, between door and shelving unitStaff re located this pad. * Ensure the diaper change pad is out of reach of children and away from food related surfaces. The diaper change pad in the large washroom was under the paper towel dispenser where children dry their hands. The pad was torn and needs replacement. * Replace the pad with one that is smooth, durable and easy to clean. Store the pad away and out of reach of children.
