      • The cabinet under the handwashing sink in the upstairs loft, which was accessible to children and used for chemical storage, was unlocked. The operator has emailed photos showing the issue has been corrected. Please ensure that all chemicals remain securely stored and are not accessible to children at any time.

      • Laundry is conducted off-site. Visibly stained pillows were observed in the upstairs loft and in the gym. Ensure laundry is conducted regularly and that fabrics are properly cleaned, disinfected, and dried.
