- One fridge is not equipped with a thermometer. Maintain thermometers in fridges to monitor fridge temperature is 4 degrees or less.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Weather strips are worn and showing light under the side door next to the kitchen and the double door from the gym. Install weather strip that seals the door gap so no pests can enter.
