- No hand soap at the handwash sink during the inspection, operator replaced the soap during the inspection.Ensure the sink is always supplied with hand soap and paper towels.

- An unfinished, wooden apparatus for hanging whole animals was observed in the walk-in cooler. - A wooden rack for hanging meat was observed in the walk-in freezer. According to the employee onsite, some wild game meat was processed during hunting season when the Hinton store got busy. Please note, facility was not approved for this and this is contrary to your restrictions. Please discontinue this practice or make changes to upgrade your permit.
