      • -2 dead mice found in tin cat trap under the dry storage shelf

      • Corrective Action(s): Keep the front door closed and reset all traps with sticky paper inserts. Operator must check and service traps regularly.
      • Clean and sanitize the areas noted above with rodent droppings.

      • Observation: Back of house handsink has been removed from the premises. This is not permitted.
