- A container with potato chips and tongs was offered for food samples but there was no handwash sink in the booth, nor was there dishwashing in the booth.-remove the food samples; install handwashing sink and dishwashing sinks. A 2-compartment sink would meet the needs for handwashing as well as dishwashing/sanitizing.
