      • Food equipment including the mixer and under prep cooler lids were observed with accumulated food debris.Ensure that all food equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use.

      • The floor underneath the grills and deep fryers was observed with accumulated food debris. Ensure that the floors are maintained clean and sanitary.

      • Quats sanitizer test strip was expired 2022. Obtain and use non-expired test strips to ensure adequate sanitizer solution concentration is used.

      • 1. A plastic container was used and stored in a powdered food item container. 2. Scoops with handles were stored in a powdered food item withe the handle touching the food item.Operator removed the scoops and plastic container.Ensure all food items are protected from contamination by using scoops with handles and stored outside of the food item containers.
