- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Open tin cans of condensed milk, coconut milk, and cream corn were found in the cooler. There was some rust forming on the tin cans which could contaminate food.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Transfer food out of tin cans and store it in food grade containers with tight fitting lids to prevent contamination. During the inspection, staff transferred the food into food grade containers.

- There is accumulated grease and dust on the exhaust canopy filters, and the service sticker indicates the exhaust canopy and filters were required to be professionally cleaned in December 2023. The accumulation of grease and dust is a fire hazard and it could contaminate food.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Immediately schedule the exhaust canopy and filters to be professionally cleaned. Ensure ALL exhaust filters are washed and sanitized on a weekly basis to remove grease and dust. During the inspection, the owner stated they have scheduled the exhaust canopy to be professionally cleaned this week.

- No running hot water in the premises as the hot water tank's thermostat is malfunctioning. Staff are unable to wash and sanitize surfaces properly. At time of inspection, a plumber was present to fix the hot water tank.

- Corrective Action(s): Chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm was made at the time of inspection. Sanitizer must be changed every 2-4 hours or as needed. Chlorine must be at 100ppm for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Wiping towels must be stored in sanitizing pail when not in use.
