      • All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. All food establishments that prepare, sell, or store hot food shall have adequate hot food storage facilities. FOUND REACH IN COOLER AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURE. COOLER AIR TEMP 49.3 DEGREES. MUST BE BELOW 40 TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE. COOLER IS BEING TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AT THIS TIME. MAY NOT USE FOR POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS UNTIL REINSPECTED BY CDPH. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005 CITATION ISSUED. FACILITIES TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE.

      • All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. All hot food shall be stored at a temperature of 140F or higher. FOUND THE FOLLOWING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS ITEMS AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURE: 17 GALLONS OF MILK 51.3 DEGREES, 9 DOZEN EGGS 50.6 DEGREES, 12 PKGS HOT DOGS 52.3 DEGREES ETC...ALL PRODUCT DISCARDED AT THIS TIME OF INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005(A) CITATION ISSUED POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURE.
    • 18. NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS
      • All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. NO PEST CONTROL LOGBOOK OR PROOF OF PEST CONTROL ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
    • 19. OUTSIDE GARBAGE WASTE GREASE AND STORAGE AREA; CLEAN, RODENT PROOF, ALL CONTAINERS COVERED
      • The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. NO OUTSIDE DUMPSTER ON SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION. MUST PROVIDE
    • 27. TOILET ROOMS ENCLOSED CLEAN, PROVIDED WITH HAND CLEANSER, SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES AND PROPER WASTE RECEPTACLES
      • In all food establishments, toilet facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair and shall include an adequate supply of hot and cold or tempered water, soap, and approved sanitary towels or other approved hand-drying devices. SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM.
    • 37. TOILET ROOM DOORS SELF CLOSING: DRESSING ROOMS WITH LOCKERS PROVIDED: COMPLETE SEPARATION FROM LIVING/SLEEPING QUARTERS
      • None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. TOILET ROOM DOOR IN NEED OF SELF CLOSING DEVICE. MUST INSTALL AND MAINTAIN.
    • 40. REFRIGERATION AND METAL STEM THERMOMETERS PROVIDED AND CONSPICUOUS
      • All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. THERMOMETERS NEEDED IN ALL COOLERS. MUST PROVIDE
    • 41. PREMISES MAINTAINED FREE OF LITTER, UNNECESSARY ARTICLES, CLEANING EQUIPMENT PROPERLY STORED
      • All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. ALL OUTSIDE CARPORT IN NEED OF CLEANING AND MAINTAINING. MUST CORRECT AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
