- A couple of homemade wooden spatulas/stirring panels were in the extra room. The wooden stirring utensil was not smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean. Remove items. Please use items that a food safe, smooth, impervious to moisture, easy to clean and in good repair.

- All cold holding units were at 4C or less, except the front display coolers were unverified at the time. The units were not turned on. Please have all cold holding units turned on and at 4C. All coolers are to be equipped with thermometers.A hot holding unit in the front was not turned on at the time either. Please ensure the unit can reach 60C or higher. Probe thermometer was unavailable at the time.
