Found potentially hazardous foods-cooked fish approximately 10 lbs at 70.7 F, chicken noodle soup 6 pint containers at 80.4 F, Potato pancakes approximately 3 lbs at 97.2 F, cooked cabbage approximately 10 lbs at 92.4 F and Stuffed Cabbage and pork with mayonaise approximately 10 lbs at 128.1 F. Instructed manager that potentially hazarsous foods must maintain 40 F or below cold and 140 F or higher for hot foods. Manager voluntarily discarded and denatured. Value $75.00.
