      • All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED RUST ON INTERIOR SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE, AND UNSEALED GASKET INSIDE THE MACHINE, AND SCALE BUILDUP ON INTERIOR SURFACES. MUST CLEAN, REMOVE RUST AND REPLACE GASKET, OR REPLACE THE MACHINE. OBSERVED THE COLD PLATE FOR THE SODA LINES SITTING INSIDE OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST REMOVE.

      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR BEHIND THE BAR AND IN BACKSTAGE HALLWAYS. REPLACE THE MISSING FLOOR TILE UNDER THE BAR AREA.
    • 38. VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED
      • NO EXPOSED HANDSINK LOCATED BEHIND THE BAR. MUST PROVIDE AND SUPPLY IT WITH SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS. 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS BACKING UP WHEN WATER IS RUN IN THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE SINK. MUST REPAIR SO THAT SINKS DRAINS PROPERLY. OBSERVED DRAIN LINE WATER LEAK UNDERNEATH THE MOP SINK. MUST REPAIR LEAK.

      • All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST CLEAN AND ORGANIZE THE MOP CLOSET AND THE LIQUOR CLOSET.
