- Due to the non-payment of the food handling permit fee, the facility currently does not have a valid food permit reflecting the current ownership. At the time of inspection, the food handling permit posted is for the previous ownership.Current owner during the phone chat stated that he did not receive the food permit fee invoice (following the change in ownership in mid May 2026); however, he did receive the invoice which had been emailed by our Department on July 9, 2026.Informed the owner to make an on-line credit card payment ASAP and which will trigger the issuance of the new food permit.
