      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle is too strong, way over 200ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Reduce level of chlorine used each time - 1/4 teaspoon bleach / 500mL water.
      • 2. Purchase chlorine test strips to test sanitizer concentration (this was mentioned in the last routine inspection).

      • Observation: Rodent droppings are noted in the pantry downstairs, behind boxes and chest freezer. These droppings appear to be old. Pest control company comes monthly.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and continue to montior.
      • 2. It is recommended to add baseboard on the walls to prevent pests from entering the facility.

      • - Remove bait station as it is not suitable for food storage or food preparation areas. It can be replaced with glue traps or catch traps.
