We had an amazing experience with the bakery at City Market in Park Royal! We ordered a birthday cake for our 5-year-old son and only provided a reference photo. The final cake turned out even better than the picture we showed them—it exceeded all of our expectations! A very special thank you to Pardis. Pardis was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy, paid attention to every detail, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Pardis truly went above and beyond, and her outstanding customer service made the whole experience even more special. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted delicious. Everyone at the party loved it! Five stars honestly aren't enough for this team. If you're looking for a custom cake, I highly recommend them—and if you have the chance, ask for Pardis. She is amazing! Thank you again, Pardis, for making our son's birthday so memorable.

I had such a great experience getting a custom birthday cake made! Pardis was super easy to talk to and just really great throughout the whole process. She was so sweet, kind, attentive, creative, and clearly cared about making something special. I didn’t even have a clear vision, but she somehow just got my style and created something so beautiful—better than I could have imagined. The cake looked stunning and tasted amazing, and everyone loved it. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a custom cake!

This is the third time we have ordered our kids birthday cake through City Market Park Royal and they have always done a great job! This time we ordered a 12 inch funfetti cake and when I picked it up, Pardis told me that she felt like the cake was too short so she doubled it for free! We ended up with a very tall and very beautiful cake that tasted fantastic! Thank you Pardis!
