    I came here to do my passport photo and had Giri as my photographer! He was such an angel! I could not have asked for a more patient photographer. He literally let me take pictures over and over and over again until I was finally happy and then he allowed me to go through them one by one until I felt confident with the one that I picked. I am incredibly grateful for his patience, kindness and generosity. I tried to leave a review on the london drugs website but it required a receipt which I no longer have, so I don’t know who needs to hear this, but Giri is wonderful and deserves a raise for his exceptional level of customer service!!! Thanks again for everything!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    I came in to buy some products for myself and the front store cashiers were very rude and disrespectful, one of them had glasses and I believe one with bangs, both young females. i’ve been to the store many times and I’ve seen other cashiers and they were very polite and respectful, They do an amazing job. However these two young females were disrespectful and had absolutely no manners. I was behind some people in the lineup and I saw the cashiers whispering about the customers while they were putting stuff on the counter, especially after the customer paid and left. absolutely not OK and disrespectful. would much rather go to the self checkout If I’m not treated with respect.

    Super disappointing experience yesterday. I went to buy a compass card, and when the cashier asked if it’s for a student, I said yes. I’m in my Masters, but when I got home I realized I had been given the youth card for elementary/highschool students. I went back a couple hours later the same day, and explained that I had been given the wrong card and asked to exchange it. The cashier said there was nothing she could do, and I needed to purchase a new card. I explained that this was a mistake on their end, as I clearly am not a highschool student, and that I don’t think it’s fair that I need to purchase another card after a mistake from the store. Her response was “it’s only 6 dollars”. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate, and I left the store. I shop here all the time and have only had good experiences, but this occurrence makes me never want to go back. Terrible service.

    Great service! Very clean store, no weird smells, and everything is well organized. The manager was very nice and helpful. Visa photo was taken professionally, great light and clean background, the photo center staff was also a nice guy!! Great deals on products. Recommended😊

    I am a regular customer of London Drugs, earlier today, I called to inquire about your passport photo service. I had to repeat my question twice, and the representative, who refused to provide her name, responded in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, "I don't know what you are talking about." I repeated my question a third time, and she replied very abruptly that the service was available but that I needed to come in person, then ended the call without any further explanation. I called again with another question, and she hung up on me a second time, claiming she was busy with other customers. Her behavior made me feel disregarded and disrespected. Being a busy employee does not justify hanging up on a customer, and it certainly does not reflect the level of service I expect from London Drugs. I felt that the representative became annoyed simply because she did not understand my question initially, but this is no excuse for the lack of professionalism I experienced. Repeating this behavior twice demonstrates a complete disregard for customer respect and service.
