Very disappointing experience with the pharmacy. My doctor sent my prescription over a week ago and even resent it to be safe, yet the pharmacy repeatedly told me they never received it. Trying to get answers was just as frustrating. I spent a long time on the phone over multiple calls, was repeatedly put on hold, and at one point was left on hold without anyone returning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had communication issues with this pharmacy in-person and by phone. Don’t bother calling, they will put you on hold until you give up. Prescriptions are important because you never know what illness someone has or how serious their condition is. People depend on getting their medications on time, and I do not feel the staff care about people and their prescriptions. They simply do not care. Based on my experience, I do not recommend getting prescriptions filled at this location. If possible, I recommend going to the Broadmoor location instead—there is both a Pharmasave and a Shoppers Drug Mart there, and I would choose either over this pharmacy moving forward. I will not be coming back to this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Pharmacy lost my prescription (I had confirmed they had it prior to going but when I went there they couldn't find it), they offered no solutions, no apology, and acted as if it was my fault the prescription wasn't there. It turns out the dosage had changed, they made my doc send it multiple times. After getting an online doc to last minute prescribe my medication, they told me it's out of stock and neglected to tell me it's because the dosage was changed by the manufacturer. 0/10 would not recommend. The man I was speaking with was unhelpful and unkind.
