    The shop itself feels quite small and cramped, and the interior appears noticeably worn down. The walls and overall decor didn’t give the impression of a modern bubble tea shop, which made the atmosphere less inviting than I expected. During my visit, there were several people playing mahjong inside, and it was extremely noisy. It made it difficult to relax or enjoy the drink. The staff at the counter also seemed impatient, which didn’t help the overall experience. As for the bubble tea itself, it was okay but nothing memorable. There wasn’t anything about the drink that stood out or made me want to come back. Overall, the combination of the environment, noise level, and service left a negative impression. There are many bubble tea options in the area, and unfortunately this one didn’t stand out to me.

    First of all, I love Lovin tea. Both my wife and I love it. Today, we ordered 2 drinks and a yogurt bowl in store, and we waited for 40 minutes. We kinda expected the wait time would be long because it was already 11:40pm when we placed the order, and there were not many boba stores opened that late, and there were still quite many online orders kept coming in. Our suggestion would be providing the ETA to customers a bit more accurate. After we had waited for already over 30 minutes, the staff still gave a 10 minute waiting time to a new customer, which would definitely made the guy annoyed… We could see all the staff were trying their best to make all the orders, and that’s why we still would give a 4 star rating after a 40 minute waiting.

    My friends and I went to Lovin tea and was very much disappointed. We ordered mint chocolate latte, avocado yogurt smoothie, sparkling orange americano, and a strawberry yogurt sandwich. The mint chocolate latte was watery and blend; the avocado yogurt smoothie was blend as well and it was not blended well; the sparkling orange americano was the worst as it had a bitter after taste (after we asked for extra sweet) and tasted horrible; the strawberry yogurt sandwich was so small and it costs almost $10 which is not worth it at all, the strawberry was sour and yogurt was blend. Overall, not a great experience, it could be just be that we ordered the bad items and I would not recommend this to anyone.

    30% sugar is actually kind of bitter here. Definitely sugar up if you want the usual kind of sweetness otherwise you’d be surprised when you take your first sip. I ordered 2 osmanthus milk tea it’s not a rich flavor just a hint of floral but I wish the sweetness levels were indicated before we ordered. Other than that it tastes like regular milk tea. Nothing unforgettable. Likely will not come again or recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5

    We went there coz we googled it’s the only boba/dessert place that opened til 1am 😄 love their greek yogurt cup but wish the temperature was colder coz it’s kinda weird eating room temperature ones 🤣 ended up brought it home and store it for the next day, it tasted much better. The jasmine green milk tea was also good, but i wish the pearl is sweeter.
