INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR FOR SERVICE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS. OBSERVED OPEN BAIT ON FLOOR IN SALES AND STORAGE AREAS ALL BAIT MUST BE ENCLOSED IN PROPER CONTAINERS.

REPLACE MISSNG, DAMAGED AND STAINED FLOOR TILES IN ALL AREAS.
