      • All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. MUST HAVE COOLERS AT 40F OR BELOW.
    • 10. SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISPOSAL, NO BACK SIPHONAGE, CROSS CONNECTION AND/OR BACK FLOW
      • In food establishments, there shall be adequate sewage and waste water disposal facilities that comply with all the requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago. MUST PROPERLY INSTALL A MOP SINK WITH HOT/COLD RUNNING WATER AND A BACK FLOW DEVICE, AND PROVIDE A GREASE TRAP FOR 3PART SINK.

MUST CONTRACT A LICENSED PEST CONTROL CO. AND PROVIDE LOG BOOK.

      • Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. MUST PROVIDE A SELF CLOSING DEVICE FOR WASHROOM DOOR.
