- Potential pest evidence was observed in the cabinet under the hand sink in the women's washroom. Please install sticky traps to confirm if there's evidence of pests, or consult your pest control specialist.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- 1. All metals grates on the drains surrounding the pool deck are loose and easily removeable. Please ensure all elements of the deck are maintained in a condition where they cannot potentially cause harm.2. The ceiling vent above the second emergency exit is not properly installed. Please ensure the ceiling fan is properly repositioned. 3. The finishings to the bottom of the women's bathroom sink is peeling off. Please ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, easily cleanable and non-porous. 4. The temperatures for the men and women's bathroom hand sink have the potential for scalding at 58.4C and 57.3C. Please ensure the water temperature is adjusted to no more than 45C. 5. There are cracks observed in the grouting around the deck area. Please monitor these and repair if they continue to deteriorate.

Operator disposed of expired chemicals and replaced with nonexpired Total Alkalinity Reagent. Please ensure that all elements of the water quality testing kit are maintained in good working order.
