- Written procedures for accidental skin cuts and punctures was provided and filled out during the inspection. Education was also provided on how to use the document.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Reuseable combs were not being fully immersed in the disinfectant solution. Operator was instructed to remake the disinfectant solution and the combs were fully immersed in the solution. Please ensure that disinfectant solution completely covers reuseable tools during disinfection.
