      • 1. Staff personal belongings were stored in cabinets accessible to children in Preschool Group 1 room. There may be potential hazardous items including personal medication inside the purses.The personal belongings were removed from the cabinets immediately and moved to staff lockers.

      • 1. The surface for one of the toy cabinets in Preschool Group 2 room was in disrepair and not easily cleanable. The operator will be replacing it with a new cabinet.

      • Room #1: A cloth bookshelf was dirty. - Clean regularly. Several area rugs were dirty. - Steam clean regularly.A foot-operated garbage bin lid in a toddler room was not working. - Repair or replace

      • A staff personal bag was stored on a shelf with children's supplies in the main classroom. - Ensure that staff personal items are adequately separated from children's items.
