      • PreEmpt CS20 high-level disinfectant was being reused throughout the day; however:- Test strips were not available to verify the concentration of the disinfectant prior to use.- No records were being maintained to document test results verifying the effectiveness of the disinfectant.Obtain and use appropriate test strips to verify the concentration of PreEmpt CS20 before each use. Maintain a log to document test results and ensure the disinfectant remains effective throughout its reuse period
