The staff is consistently friendly during my visits, which adds to a positive experience. I appreciate their efforts to inform me about ongoing deals, and I find the service to be quick and efficient. It would be great to maintain this speed while perhaps also providing even more detailed information about products or services. Overall, my visits are successful, as I can easily get what I need and leave promptly.

Honestly evertime I go there there's a guy who works as a cashier older middle aged guy with tats. He's Honestly not a good employee l. I work in customer service and I'm damn sure refusing service because you don't want to pull out change is not okay. He was extremely rude. I ended up buying gas to make it easier for him, he was still really rude. He scoffed at me when he saw me, he didn't acknowledge me as a customer either.great start to my day having dingbat a rude dingbat

Best 7/11 in town! The guys that work there are so nice! I got my fill your own cup and it was awesome! Nothing better than a slurpee after long day at the office. Had to get it in the t swift cup of course. I’m in my frog water era🐸✨

I really dislike this place. The owner is rude, most of the staff are rude, and they never have full supplies. And to me, or anyone who cares to take a look, it seems like they don’t care. I left my bank card there one evening, went back the next morning to retrieve it, and was told no, because I didn’t have picture I.D. although I had produced several pieces of I.D..that had my name and address, he would not budge. When I suggested that he put the card in the ATM, and I would give him the 4 digit pin# that gives you access to the account, he proceed to cut my bank card in half, and calmly threw it in the garbage. The kind of guy that you want to “stuff in you trunk, and help look for his body”, but, there are laws that prevent that, so I turned around, left the store, and never ever went back. It’s up to you where you shop, but as for me, I’ve been “cut out”.

Got the best bunch of people that work at the 7/11 on tranquility road clean and dedicated ,fun always great to go there when we go. recommended for everyone to go.

Clean your slushee machines! They taste like 4 different flavours combine no matter which one you get . I'll be going across town from now even though I live across the street from 711 ill be going to petro Can becuase it has clean machines 👌 flavour corresponding to the one you've chosen...waste of time and money coming to get one here

We live nearby and come here quite a bit for snacks and gas. The staff is friendly and i have no complaints. It's a perfectly good 7/11.

Had a terrible skip the dishes experience because the driver was a scummy food stealer. I reorder and the employees of this store were amazing they wrote me a note saying they made the order and made sure everything was given to the driver securely they litterally made this situation so much better. Thank you.

It surprises me that they don't care about line ups in their store during this very difficult time of a World Wide Pandemic. Whether it is the Store Manager or employee they will stock shelfs instead of decreasing the risky lineup. I think for me this store falls short on Customer Service in a big way.

This place is an absolute joke I’d rate it lower if I could, it took over 10 mins to ring through 2 people all because of a few lottery tickets... blows my mind this place is still running with how rude the old East Indian worker was I truly hope they get all new staff as two employees weren’t able to ring in 3 lottery tickets

I lost my bank card in there parking lot and was used at there store shortly after, when I went back to see if it was turned in and explained that purchases were made on a stolen card, I was told all they were worried about was the purchases made were paid for.

Always a good spot to stop in for snacks. They get to know you it's nice and friendly!
