- Found no paper towel or sanitary hand drying device inside the men's washroom. Instructed manager that all hand washing facilities must be provided with soap and hand drying device or paper towel. Citation issued critical 7-38-030. Manager provided the paper towel inside the men's washroom after I told her that there's no paper towel.

- Must clean in detail the interior shelve of the ice cream freezer and maintain. Also clean the interior bottom shelve of the coffee cabinet with coffee cups and maintain.
