- 1. The emergency phone on deck did not have a clear dial tone. The cord connected to the handset needed to be manipulated to get a clear dial tone. Replace or repair the phone so that it is correctly working.2. The round ring floating assist does not have a rope attached and the loops have been cut or damaged. Replace the floating assist and ensure al required equipment is properly available.
