      • The manual pH (7.6) and controller pH (7.3) readings were not consistent. Double check the readings at the controller and adjust/calibrate the controller as required.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Sand debris was noted accumulated in the bottom of the basin and between the tiles in the grout. Remove sand and investigate the source of the sand in the basin. Possible sources could be from recent sand replacement or a broken lateral in the filter.
