They were easily coming off the floor.Ensure that the pool ladders are firmly secured on the floor of the pool deck.This is a critical public safety concern with potential risks including:-Swimmers slipping or falling while entering or exiting the pool.-Loss of balance leading to head, neck, or other injuries.-Increased risk for children, older adults, and people with mobility limitations.-Difficulty exiting the pool quickly during an emergency.Pool users only have one entry/exit point until the ladders are firmly secured.

This was Corrected during the Inspection by turning down the water thermostat.
