      • -The temperature of the hot water accessible to the children was measured at 52.5 degrees C.The operator was advised to decrease the temperature of the hot water up to 49 degrees C.
    • 30. Are workers washing hands when appropriate and/or in a proper manner?
      • -The alcohol-based hand rub was observed to be used past the expiry date. The operator was advised to acquire new ABHR for the facility.

      • There was a crack in one of the glass doors to the facility at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the cracked glass is replaced in order to prevent potential injuries to children or staff. The glass maintenance was on order at the time of Inspection. The cracked glass was covered at the time of Inspection in order to prevent injuries.

      • There were multiple Blind Cords near the Windows that could be accessed by children at the time of Inspection.Ensure that the Blind Cords are removed in order to eliminate a potential choking hazard.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • The Washroom Hand Sink was missing a Paper Towel Dispenser as well as Soap at the time of Inspection.Ensure that all Sinks are stocked with Soap and Paper Towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand hygiene practices.
