      • 1. Main kitchen: The silicone around the dishwasher had some mildew build up.-Please replace silicone.2. 3rd floor Vista serving kitchen: The floor covering was cracking in a few areas.-Please seal the flooring where it is cracked to prevent water infiltration and allow for easier cleaning.

      • Main kitchen:1. There was some debris in the bottom of the buckets where lids and clean utensils were stored.2. There was dust on some of the cans and food debris build up in corners and under racks in the dry storage room.3. There was some food debris build up on the base of the mixer and on the floor in corners around the mixer.Vista 3rd floor serving kitchen:1. There was some debris build up on the floor and wall behind the ice machine and in the corner under the dishwasher counter.Vista 2nd floor serving kitchen: 1. There was some debris build up in the corner under the dishwasher counter.-Please clean the noted areas.
