    • 19. Is ultrasonic cleaning of reusable equipment being performed properly and when necessary?
      • Currently, operator is using Cavicide (Disinfectant Hardsurface - 28 oz spray), intermediate-level surface disinfectant and diluted it (1 part to 4 parts of water) for soaking reusable implements and changed the solution daily. Discussed proper disinfectant such as PREempt High Level Disinfectant and Sterilant and follow manufacturing's direction. Operator will order high level disinfectant for the implements at tooth whitening/decoration room and sterilant for ultrasonic equipment in the reprocess area.
