Corrective Action: F2.1 Discard solution and remake at recommended concentration of between 100-200 ppm. Obtain and use sanitizer test strips to monitor concentration.

The unit is under service maintenance contractor. Good. Provided Dishwashing Monitoring Log for monitoring sanitizing cycle and spray bottle sanitizer strength. Provided reference sheet, Food Contact Surfaces Cleaning and Sanitizing.

I go to this Church's facility every month to get a big box ,vegetables and fruit that are donated by local farmers. The facility is always very clean and well maintained with an ample space off road parking lot.

There are at least 3 entrances: there is no car access off 27th St, the parking lot is accessed from 26th St.
