      • High Level disinfectant must be tested and recorded. Please obtain test strips for CS20 and record testing. PHI will send log sheets.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Workstations require a deep clean, please clean drawers, workstations and protect all clean tools from contamination.

Alcohol was used to sanitize reusable nail drills.-Please use disinfectant such as preempt Hld5 to disinfect such tool.
