- Observation(s): 1. Glasswasher was not reaching sanitizing temperatures. Please have a technician service the machine and confirm that it reaches adequate temperatures for both the wash and rinse (sanitizing) cycles. Minimum temperature for final rinse cycle at the plate level must be 71C/159.8F. Use the kitchen dishwasher until glasswasher is fixed. 2. Scoops may be left in the dipper wells if the wells are supplied with continuously running cold water. Otherwise scoops are to be cleaned and sanitized after each use.

The gelato is absolutely delicious here! The staff are so friendly and allow you try sample different flavours before buying one. The variety is excellent and there are some unique flavours like Lavender, Black Currant, and London Fog. Appreciated the outdoor seating and overall friendly and fun vibes from the store. We came back multiple times during our trip to Kelowna to trip different flavours.

The ice cream and gelato here are fantastic, featuring some unique flavors! The black currant was particularly awesome. The coffee, matcha, and affogato were also very tasty. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a large indoor seating area, as well as some outdoor seating available. Strongly recommend!

A very nice place with really good quality stuff. Their coffee is great and they look professional in preparing everything. I tried their croissant and it was very fresh. Moreover, I also once tried their ice cream which I found great and better when compared to other nearby ice cream places. The staff is very nice and friendly. Will surely stop by this place again.

Their gelato is top notch! Such a great treat on a warm summer day or anytime really! The staff are so friendly too! I love when they have their window open to outside, it is so easy to order and keep walking along the waterfront during my lunch break!

Espresso and bomboloni, (donuts), like in Italy. Cakes and pastries are amazing with also a good gluten free selection. Tagliatelle alla bolognese like homemade, meat sauce buonissima. I had gnocchi because gluten free and were delicious. Pietro the owner and all the staff very friendly and kind. Highly recommended! I love this Italian gelato place, the owner is Italian as well and the ice cream flavours are absolutely delicious. They are also very nice and will give you a couple samples if you are stuck between which flavour to get. I haven’t tried the food here yet, but the gelato is definitely worth it.

A nice little spot to stop for gelato! We had a large chocolate and shared. There was a very nice feel to it during Meet Me on Bernard. It was quite busy but the servers were working hard to get everyone helped in a timely manner. Gelato was very good!

Yes I have come to your shop after my 1st review as my kid insisted and always ordered single cone Gelato and not the character ones after the 1st experience I had with you but never updated the review. Your Gelatos are good however I believe you can do better! I got Sicilian kiss but there were almost none bits of pistachio. I don't know what you consider a nut based Gelato but if I am looking for a Gelato with nuts, I would want them to have real nut pieces. Moreover the size of the scoop is getting smaller compared to others in the market. You have increased the prices too I guess this summer. So overall nothing wowed me to change the rating. Also recently I was just updating the pic, not the review! Sharing pics was still getting you publicity. Hope this clarifies your doubt and just for you, I'll edit the review now and bring it a little up and remember, there is never a needless negativity. You should appreciate others suggestions or thoughts. Take the criticism positively! I ordered Pinocchio for my kid and it was horribly made as you can see. It wasn't even standing, such a poor presentation. Plus, I see 3 scoops in the pic however they gave only 2, less smarties too, why cheat? Also the cone was stale and stinky. How can you serve such food, especially to kids? Very disappointing!
