- Written procedures were not completed. AHS templates for the required facility specific written procedures were provided to be completed.

- 1-No high level disinfectant was noted onsite. An unapproved sterilizer was noted onsite. Operator was advised that only steam sterilizers are acceptable according to PS regulations. For semi-critical tools, a high-level disinfectant and reprocessing sink is required.-No high level disinfectant test strips were available-No arrangements for record maintenance of high level disinfectant testing were noted.

- There was no reprocessing sink available to reprocess the semi-critical tools (eyelash tweezers). Only sink available was in the bathroom with a toilet.Install a reprocessing sink for reprocessing of the semi-critical tools.
