Jamaican patties were posted at 6$ at the Farmer's market but was charged 6.30$. Same thing to my Dad. Our patties were flavourful but ice cold on the inside. I told her and she just said "Sorry". No offer to replace it. Lost our business. Edit: If they were cold and the customer was upset you should have refunded them. Why did you knowingly sell cold patties in the first place then without telling the customer? And I saw you type in 0.30 cents extra. It wasn't an automatic charge you typed it in without telling me. No other vendor does this at the market. If its 0.30 cents xtra to use the Square you need to tell people that. Very very dishonest people working here apparently.
