- Observation(s): F2.3D: Sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 100 ppm Quats residual. Corrective Action: Discard solution. Prepare new sanitizer solution at 200 ppm Quat residual. Change solution daily or more often if tested below the required concentration. Confirm 200 ppm with a test strip before use.

Corrective Action: Obtain scoops with handles. Keep each scoop in its own storage container outside of the bulk bin between uses. Wash and sanitize the scoop and its container daily.

- Observation(s): F2.6F: Observed equipment unsuitable for use in food premises: • Grater made of steel and bare wood. Rough areas and splintering visible. • Wooden spoon with crevices and rough patches • Wooden knife block in poor condition Bare unsealed wood readily absorbs moisture and contaminants. Rough areas and crevices will accumulate food debris and cannot be easily cleaned. Corrective Action: Discard or remove items from the food premises. Replacement equipment must be durable, smooth, non-absorbent, and easy to clean (e.g. stainless steel). Store utensils in a knife rack that meets this criteria, or in a clean, dry place away from contamination.

I have been purchasing Anna's perogies and other Ukrainian dishes for many years, and they never disappoint. She consistently uses high-quality ingredients and prepares some of the most authentic Ukrainian cuisine I have found anywhere. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every dish is delicious, and Anna herself is a pleasure to support— kind, dedicated, and truly passionate about her craft. She pours her heart into creating traditional meals that customers love. Be sure to visit her new storefront and experience it for yourself!

I had high hopes of being able to enjoy perogies again as a Celiac, but these were horrible and thrown out after two bites. I appreciate the effort, but it’s not edible. Pasty chalky cardboard taste, spat out into the garbage it was so bad. Complete waste of $16 for <lb of product.

The Pelmeni are by far my favourite food thing in life. Absolutely amazing flavours! The different varieties of pirogies and cabbage rolls they HAND MAKE are incredible and so good. Absolutely missing out on amazing food experiences if you haven’t tried anything from here yet!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Anna’s food is truly incredible. Her perogies are perfectly made, her taquitos are bursting with flavor, and her borscht is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had; rich, comforting, and made with so much care. You can taste the quality and love in every bite. But what really sets Anna apart is her. She greets every single customer with the biggest, most genuine smile and treats everyone like family. Walking in feels like coming home, and leaving feels like you’ve just had the best homemade meal. Top-quality food, amazing flavors, and a heart behind it all, I can’t recommend Anna enough. You won’t be disappointed! ❤️🥟

I visited Anna's Ukrainian Kitchen. It is a local little market in the railway plaza. I decided to count it as a market rather than as my 214th eatery within Vernon city limits. The owner (I think it was the owner) asked if I had any questions about any if the products when I walked in. I was in an anti-social mood so I said had none. I paid $15 for pepperoni sticks and $12 for a pre-made perogi and sausage meal for a grand total of $27.00 I ate the pepperoni sticks when I got home. They tasted great. I rarely eat Ukrainian food, but the perogi dish exceeded my expectations. I haven't eaten a perogi in about 15 years. I saw vegan perogis and cabbage rolls in the freezer. I had to walk home in the summer heat so decided to play it safe with two refrigerated items rather than frozen items. If I bother to get my driver's license, I will drive over to buy some of the frozen options. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. They also sell sodas and water bottles inside too.

Anna for the WIN! Their gluten free perogies were the best my mom has had. Brought them all the way to Edmonton too. Their regular perogies are also stellar. I personally love Love LOVE Anna's cabbage rolls.

Picked up a couple perogies/sausage entrees and a borscht to go, what a treat!! If you like top notch Ukrainian food then this is just where you need to go!! Decent prices, tons of good food here, 10 out of 10, well done !!

I tried Anna’s Ukrainian Kitchen for the first time and loved it! The pirogies were by far the best I’ve ever had and the spicy carrots went perfectly with them. I also got the little Ukrainian walnut cookies filled with some kind of caramelized condensed milk, highly recommend. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Great tasting authentic Ukrainian perogies, Annas Ukrainian Kitchen has very unique flavours along with just plain traditional, I bought the pizza pop and big mac flavours and they were amazing, and the packaging had very easy to follow instructions, will be shopping there again!!!
