      • Observation(s): Tested strength of Quat sanitizer in spray bottle too high (~500 ppm). *Adjusted to 200 ppm Operator will advise staff on shift to ensure the available test strips are used to verify the correct strength. As discussed, high strengths are not food contact safe on utensils or counters.
