      • **CORRECTED**1. When asked how long reusable nail tools are left in CS20 high level disinfectant, the Operator stated they were leaving them in for 5 minutes. Corrected the Operator during the inspection and informed them that the minimum time is 20 minutes for adequate disinfection.

Informed Operator that alcohol is not an approved disinfectant for use in Personal Services facilities, because it has no prescribed contact time for disinfection and evaporates quickly. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Use available disinfectant wipes for cleaning and disinfecting chairs.
