- The wooden food prep folding table was raw wood, not finished nor in good condition. Install a food grade smooth and easy to clean surface onto the wood surface or replace with a food grade type table or food prep island (recommend stainless steel)

- The hand sink was filled with soap & water with dishes. The adjacent other two sinks were also full. The set up is adequate for three sink dishwashing as the third is the hand sink. The hand sink must be designated for hand washing only. There are two additional sinks for washing dishes that then go into the sanitizer. Label the hand sink as such.
