- The owner of the personal service business did not submit a notification about the business to the Alberta Health Services. Submitted during the inspection.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Some products used for clippers disinfection (Blade wash ad Blade Ice) did not have a DIN. An acceptable disinfectant (Clippercide) was available and will be used instead.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Some cosmetic products did not have appropriate labels. Ensure that all cosmetic products have appropriate labels. Pictures with labelled bottles were received.
