The Armstrong Pool is a fantastic place to spend a summer day! It’s always well maintained and super clean, which makes a big difference. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing, perfect for families. It’s very kid-friendly, with lifeguards who are always alert and doing a great job keeping everyone safe. I’ve been going to this pool since I was a kid, and it’s still just as great now as it was back then. Whether you’re going for a swim, cooling off, or just enjoying the summer sun, Armstrong Pool is the place to be!

Wrong adress and my good lord, you don’t make any effort with communicating your closures for the countless stuff you have going on there.

Lovely outdoor pool. I came here and had a great time, even though it was quite busy. Some of the other reviews seem a little uncharitable to the staff. My impression was that they all really enjoy working at the pool, and take care to follow their procedures regarding pool capacity. They were constantly checking on the children, making sure they were safe and having fun. They even opened the slide for a while when the conditions were right for it. This is a great spot for families/parents with young children, as there is a nice shallow area with nice fountains.

Fantastic outdoor pool, not heavy on the chlorine. Has two outdoor whirlpools as well.

absolutely beautiful pool with an absolutely awful incompetent teenage staff that just stops taking customers after it hits capacity and then stop because they are too lazy to count the heads leaving. A great place to dissappoint your kids to a non caring staff, we dont even bother anymore and go to other towns and cities and pools despite living 3 minutes away from this pool. Absolutely sad, the management should be fired and so should the staff. So dumb because they are losing money by not monitoring these unreliable teens also as they turn away hundreds a week.

This pool overall is fantastic, BUT with that said there capacity policy needs major work and more thought. You have locals and other communities showing up to a practically empty pool and unable to get in because you sold out on your capacity. With the thought those who have a wrist band may come back. We only have one pool here and to us locals with small children we all deserve the opportunity to enjoy it. If someone leaves the pool that should be it. If someone leaves and wants back in then you should have a different ticket for that. Like a in and out day pass or something. There has got to be a better way, because I know when I got there, multiple upset folks being turned away with there little ones. Worst part was going around to the spray park to see the pool practically empty. Please come up with a better system.

The pool outside is a nice pool, great outdoor setting. The pool rules and staff need major work...my son was in swim kids lesson and after the second class he was crying and didn't want to join the rest of his classes. His sister remained in the class and I figured if he could splash around in the kids pool during her lesson I wouldn't worry about asking for a refund. The last week we were given issues about him needing a lifeguard directly beside him in order to be in the pool...the water is ankle high and a parent was beside him. They have a lifeguard but apparently it's for the Aquafit class and he could not be in the pool. That being said I asked for my refund and was told I had to ask the first day of class not the last...clearly I was not being heard about why I waited to ask, as I thought his use of the pool would not be a problem. When it was, I wanted a refund. Since the staff were not willing to offer a solution I will not ever be returning.. too bad because locals are who keep your pool up and running and I'll be spreading the word to go elsewhere.

Great outdoor pool with lots of seating areas and shade. Even picnic tables with umbrellas. There is a shallow toddler pool and a deeper side with a diving board and a big waterslide. Something for the whole family. And the concession is priced well with treats!

Relaxed, not too busy, great for the kids!

Why would they choose to close down for a full Saturday on the July long weekend, this is a summer seasonal pool and they choose to be close on 1 of the 2 long weekends. Annoying

Drove up from Vernon because website says it was open 12:30pm-5:00pm for public swimming. Get here and it is closed - July 2. Disappointing for 8 year old

Pools were heated and so the cloud and rain were no issue. The kids had a blast!!
