      • QUATs spray measured >1000 ppm and was diluted during the inspection. Ensure QUATs is prepared to measure 200-400 ppm. Test strips on the truck expired in 2022 - operator stated they have additional test strips at their shop.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand wash basin contained several empty bottles, a large tin can, bottle of soap, roll of paper towel, glass jars, spray bottles, and a green pail. The hand sink must always be free and dedicated for hand washing purposes. Items were removed during the inspection.
