    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • 9/13. Violation Outstanding. - Water sample for food trailer has not been submitted since 2021. A water sample must be submitted annually (before the start of the season). A water sample had not been submitted for the food trailer this year. Please submit a water sample and ensure a water sample is submitted prior to operation every year.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 5/29. The flooring had been redone. However, one of the steps still had raw wood exposed. There were missing floor tiles and raw wood was exposed. Floor must be retiled to ensure flooring is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
