      • **CORRECTED**1. The Operator stated they are changing PREempt CS20 high level disinfectant every 20 days. Operator informed the poured solution in the soak tray can only be re-used for up to 14 days as long as the 7% Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide test strips indicate a pass when tested daily.

      • The disinfectant wipes (Preempt RTU) were expired as of April 2023.Obtain at minimum, a low-level disinfectant to disinfect non-critical surfaces.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • The manufactures instructions for the laser equipment was not on site.Ensure that the manufactures instructions are always readily available.
