    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Bleach solution was measured at 50ppm. Please change the solution regularly and maintain the concentration at a minimum of 100ppm. Another bleach solution was made and tested at 200ppm.

      • Chlorine test strip was not available for measuring the bleach concentration. Purchase a test strip and test regularly.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Toys are not being cleaned and disinfected appropriately. Please follow the 4-step procedure for toy cleaning:1. Wash with a detergent and warm water.2. Rinse with clean warm water.3. Wipe, spray, or immerse for 2 minutes in one of the approved sanitizers listed below.4. Air dry.

      • Sand play table and food sensory table had no lid and toys were observed to be stored in them together with their contents. Please ensure an appropriate lid is used to cover the table when not in use and store toys appropriately.
