- 1. There was pooling of water observed in the basement floor, foul smell was coming out of it. Small flies were observed near the stagnant water.2. One of the drain covers was not properly fitted. Action required:1. Contact the plumber to check if there is any plumbing leakage, find out the cause of water stagnation and eliminate the cause. Clean the basement floor.2. Please seal the drainage cover.
